    Typical GL ending...no major showdown and always end on a quick note.

    NGP got to be the luckiest guy in the world to have 2 angel like wives in MYX & YMQ...although I really got a problem w/ him falling for YMQ....I thought he only loves MYX...but I'm happy he got both! Razz Laughing

    Great Great work Yufeng!!! I'll miss you!!! When you have more time, please translate more GL's work.

    The hints are for Ye Manqing are at the beginning, and chapter 13, when he was sick, he was dreaming of Mei Yinxue and Ye Manqing at the same time, and when he was taken on the ship to the Divine Creator Temple, he was dreaming of Mei Yinxue and Ye Manqing at the same time.

    He felt guilty for loving the two of them so he ran away in Chapter 13, not wishing to cause them any inconvenient and because he thinks he is not worthy for them anymore Very Happy

    If you all notice, no wuxia novels pre dated to 1962 had their hero loving two heroines at the same time, so Gu Long is trying to be as subtle as possible, the result is always very tragic or filled with jealousy. Mei Yinxue and Ye Manqing are different in that, they only wish for Nangong Ping to be happy and that they are willingly to sacrifice for Nangong Ping. Ye Manqing sacrifices for Nangong Ping is at the earlier part, Mei Yinxue is later. Nangong Ping is the passionate hero and somewhat shy to express his feelings unless it is fired up. To make it more obvious, that why at the end, Gu Long had Nangong Ping looking tellingly at Ye Manqing. Knowing the determination of Nangong Ping, how would he not go and find Mei Yinxue later ? Cool

    I think Gu Long dare not write the ending for them to be so obvious in writing because a hero like Nangong Ping that actually fall in love with two women may not be acceptable to readers lol.

    I have not read Athena MingjianFengLiu yet but I have read her Epilogue, it was very well written. I didn't read because I have read the chinese novel before last time^^ I like Ji Lingfeng in the novel alot=)

    For HHL, the Epilogue is unneccessary, I have actually read HHL more than 10 times so to me, the ending is very obvious especially since the title is the Flower Guarding Bell and there are three pairs of bells xD Very Happy

    If a reader is to read only casually, then the ending may not be obvious, because the characters were using wordless language to express themselves. A repeat reading is therefore necessary Very Happy

    I actually wanted to add more to the Epilogue but i decide against it, because it will spolit the beauty >.< The last action of Mei Yinxue prolly cleared her name forever and Ye Manqing is also friends with all the future leaders of the Seven Major Orthodox Sects, remember they trained with her in Huashan, so who will dare to find trouble for Mei Yinxue anymore xD.

    Actually is how good the martial art of Shuai Tianfan and who is the person at Mulong Manor who is trapped the nangong ping when he is try to get the antidote for di yang?
    Is it nangong ping at the same level with the tang huan or alot better than him?At the last battle, he killed him so easily.

    Shuai Tianfan martial art skills should be very good. He even knows the Secret Whispering internal strength skill.

    The mysterious man that is at the Mulong Manor, is indeed Shuai Tianfan Very Happy

    Nangong Ping is slightly better than Tang Huan, when they first fought, Tang Huan was repeatedly pushed back till he had to summon Di Yang and Mi Baixiang to aid him.

    Tang Huan probably lost concentration at the Zhijiao Manor, or either Nangong Ping had grown more experience (remember although he knew all the startling techniques, he had not the time to combine all the strokes into a flexible strokes yet).

    I wish to expand on this part. In many gulong books, the difference between all the top fighters varies very little but instead it is based on timing (天时 ), terrain (地利 ), human factor (人和 ). Tang Huan lost all the three important factors, enable Nangong Ping to win easily xD.

    Most top fighters have to exploit the weakness within a stroke to win, and yesterday winner doesn't mean today he is the winner. It is just sports, no one can win all the time Very Happy

    Thanks for all the readers past, present and future for the appreciation, really!!~ You have no idea it is everyone support that enables me to translate, although some chapters were rather done most sloppy xD I didn't have the time to edit or to smooth the grammar yet Sad But when I am free, I will do so=)

    The most humourous moments in HHL were when Ye Manqing and Nangong Ping were laughing at Qian Chi. Ye Manqing even lean on Nangong Ping to giggle uncontrollably. "More precious than two silver is three silver" and then Nangong Ping even comment. "It so hard for me to become poor." Turn up later that they were become poor and pathetic. And the Qian Chi, Ye Manqing and NGP had loathe was NGP's uncle xD
    The another scene which I enjoy it very much was when NGP accidentally thrown a snake at Mei Yinxue, while the YMQ and MYQ were contesting on one another's willpower in mediation.

    Most heart wreching moments were the scenes when NGP found out that the convulsing man was actually MYX and then he had to watch her die Sad

    who is the person that rescued Ye Liu Ge when he is badly injured by nangong ping?And also in the novel is that explain what is happening at huashan during the time nangong ping shipo reach the place where they are panning to ambush him and how he reach the divine creator temple?

    Very good questions^^
    At first I thought that it might be Gu Hong or his company that had saved Ye Liu Ge but I realized that the only person that could save Ye Liu Ge was Wan Da. For he also appeared most coincidentally at Huashan. And towards the very end, Ye Liu Ge himself said that he was send by the Heavenly Crow Priest (Wan Da) to help Nangong Ping.

    As for how Long Bushi had reached the Divine Creator Island, it was briefly mentioned by Nangong Yongle that it was he had knocked him unconsiousness while he was distracted by Ye Qiubai xD

    Fastclock are you the one that complete the translation of the Longevity Sword? That was my very first Gulong novel many years ago xD I glad you translate it. I always found it to be a very brilliant and funny story Very Happy
